Our Story

Beside the Railroad tracks on Main Street in downtown Central, THAT is where you get a great hot dog.

As a multi-generational Central native family, we started this business with one goal in mind — to give Central something great to eat and contribute to the community. So we took the Old Red Diamond gas station, that was an office building when we started, remodeled it, created a menu of homemade recipes with the best, quality ingredients, and went with a railroad theme in support of the town and location.

The little things matter to us. We always want to give excellent quality and friendly service. PS- if you don’t get napkins in your bag, please let someone know. (This is my pet peeve! -Miranda) The doors are open for you and we will do the best that we can to give you a great experience. We’re a small town, family owned business that is trying to connect people, create jobs, and add a little stronger heartbeat to the town that we love.
